Something from my order is missing, what do I do?
Don’t fret, it’s most likely on its way separately. Could it too big to fit in one of our normal boxes? If not just get in touch and we’ll do our best to track down where it could be.
We only accept faulty product returns or packages that have been delivered incorrectly. We do not offer free returns. Please contact email@example.com to seek help if either these are the case.
I have received someone else's order
We are very sorry to hear that the order you have received is not the one you have ordered. Our Chops Masks and gifts are packed and sorted by hand and unfortunately, on very rare occasions, packing is subject to human error. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible by emailing help@ChopsMasks.co.uk so that we can resolve this for you.
What are your International delivery options?
International shipping is carefully calculated on the weight, size and value of your order, so the options can vary depending on what you have purchased. The simplest way to see is to head through to the checkout and enter your delivery address/country; we’ll automatically show you the wide variety of available options you have, don’t worry, you won’t be charged. Unfortunately we don't ship to Brazil, Turkey, Israel and Russia.
What currencies can I use?
We take payments in many currencies depending on your shipping destination: £GBP, $USD, €EURO. Please note: some banks may charge you an International Transaction Fee.
